Light Up Chesterbrook Woods began in 2020 as a way to bring our neighborhood together during the pandemic. From the outset, we've also raised money for local charities. In 2023, about 300 homes in Chesterbrook Woods, Chain Bridge Forest, and Potomac Hills participated, putting out over 10,000 candles and raising more than $4,000 for charity.

This year, our sales of luminaria kits will support SHARE, Northern Virginia Family Service, and the McLean Volunteer Fire Department.
